Pack a big punch in a little package. It’s not only my philosophy in life (being the shortest male in my family), but in flash fiction as well. Add layers to your story. Be shrewd when deciding what to include, and what to leave out.
I’m a sucker for characterization. Give me remarkable characters that refuse to be forgotten. *Bonus points for unpredictable plots.
